Wrapunzel Challenge: Real Life Tichels!

Who loves fancy wrapping photos? *slowly raises hand* We do! While everyone loves a perfectly posed and put-together photo, do you ever find yourself wondering what women in head scarves look like doing every day, sometimes mundane tasks?

Our most recent Challenge was all about how you wrap during the daily grind and ladies submitted photos covering a wide range of activities- At work, grocery shopping, taking care of the kids, practicing a hobby and even auditioning for a T.V. show!

Check out the awesome collage below, but also be sure to scroll all the way down, where we reveal the theme for our next Wrapunzel Challenge. Thanks for all of your submissions, ladies!!!

Phew, that was an awesome gallery, right? Did you find the giant goose (A favorite of ours, for sure!)?

Moving on to the next Wrapunzel Challenge, this theme will take us back to basics. With so many amazing and incredibly intricate wrap styles out there, it can sometimes be easy to forget that a one-scarf wrap, without accessories, even, can be just as elegant. Enter “Simply Wrapunzel”! For the next two weeks, we’ll be wearing one scarf wraps without any bling! That means no headbands, no pins, no sashes… just one simply scarf. We can’t wait to see what you create!

Would you like to participate in the next Wrapunzel Challenge? Head on over to the Wrapunzel Fangroup and share your pictures using the hashtag #simplywrapunzel. If you would also like them featured on the next bi-weekly blog post, make sure to also post them in the comments on the pinned post at the top of the Fangroup page, so we know to share them. We can accept up to 2 headshot-style photos per person– no collages, please! If you’re not on Facebook, you can also email your pictures to us at wrapunzelthestore@gmail.com with the subject line “Challenge of the Week. Instagram users can DM them to us, too at our Wrapunzel_Ladies account!
