All my life i have worn something on my head. It was cold, or my scalp burned in the sun along with my ears and neck.

Then i had breast cancer and chemo, which lost all my hair. I needed something comfortable, that stayed out of my way when working in the garden and around the house. A flat elastic band over my underscarf, and the chiffon tucked 2inches under around my head and tied in back with hair elastic. This will hold in a gale force wind. I dont use any shaper or volumizer, this is a no nonsense set up that protects me, and looks feminine.

I am not affiliated with any religious sect. I am an older divorced 69 year old. And I have gotton flack from a few people hung up about religious aspects.

Ahem, i was married 27 years. Im definitely NOT INTERESTED in remarrying.

ive been under a scarf full time for 6 years. Nothing protects me better, and ive tried everything!

my scarf of choice, is a 40 to 43in square, and they are hard to find, especially in prints. Id like to see more designer square chiffons.
