Inspired by the Wrapunzel Fangroup Color-of-the-Week, I went all-out with all my burgundy/red/wine-colored items from my closet!! This is an auburn Tapestry Luxe and a burgundy 2-in-1 in a modified zig-zag wrap.

Lovely & I like your crisscross
Sadly, tomorrow, I will be wearing Blue in memorial of Dan Webster, a cop with Albuquerque PD who was gunned down in cold blood during a traffic stop less than quarter mile from our house here. Actually, it was in the parking lot of the pharmacy where I fill my prescriptions & my Starbucks. It happened in broad daylight when the guy shot the officer in the face and head. Bravely, the Starbucks employees tried to save him, and after being on life support he died. He was a 20 year veteran of the US Armg and had been with APD for9 years. My husband got to know him and they talked since we live in the area of his beat. Yes, the killer was arrested and has a long list of felonies.
Tomorrow, we have been asked to wear blue in honor of Dan Webster even though we will not be attending his memorial service which will be in the convention center. My husband is very shaken up, so even though Webster wasn’t Jewish, we lit a yarzeit candle this evening.
So, in solidarity, tomorrow, I will be wearing BLUE. I’m planning on wearing my favorite blue Lakeshore bliss. It is warm and comforting.

That’s so sad!!! I’m sorry, this must be such a difficult time for you and your community. It’s a beautiful idea to wear blue in his memory, I’m sure it will be beautiful!

This is the second time that I have tried to post a comment, and all was going well, until I submitted it. I also select to get other comments, and usually get an email to take me to confirm. But, the last two or three times, no confirmation email and my comment didn’t post.
I’m not sure what is wrong. The last comment that went through successfully was when we were setting up the first of the color series that was the multi colored one. Since then, nothing.
Is there a problem with the WordPress?
I don’t log into it and just post like I have done for months. It is frustrating to write a post and have it disappear.
Have there been changes with WordPress?
