Soft Emerald Olive Grove

Can someone tell me why I’ve never worn this gorgeous color on its own??  I wore it two days in a row and can’t wait to put it on again!!  Have you ever tried wearing olive or emerald?  What do you think?

This wrap is the green “Shimmery” (it has a olive-y hue) and an olive 2 in 1 paired with a strip of lace that my sister-in-law lent me!  And after snapping this first photo I realized that I had the perfect necklace which belonged to my mother to use (with the regal clasp) as an accessory:

This new pencil skirt (30 shekels in the shuk – huzzah!) was a perfect match for the lace top and tichel!  Here I am taking a moment to relax on our patio where we’re staying in Jerusalem.  (Did I say hammock?! Woohoo!!)  I hope you are all doing so well and I am sending you so much love and hugs from the holy land!  Keep on Wrapunzeling on, ladies!

Absolutely gorgeous! I love the olive green! I am inspired to go to my stash and pull out the green I have. 🙂 So happy for you and how special it is that you are able to be in Jerusalem! I’m praying that one day my family and I will be able to go soon. Hugs to you!

Hi Andrea, it looks more of an emerald theme, but maybe that is just the way the colours have turned out online. I know often I try and post and they don’t always turn out as they actually are. In any case the colours look stunning, you suit the ‘greens’ particularly well. What style have you tied? Is it a modification of the waterfall?

  3. I think you always look fabulous ! I really love the way you do your tichels . I am going to learn how to do them, not because I’m Jewish , I’m not, but because I have horrid hair, baby fine and oily one day after I wash it. What a great way to go out for the day with yucky hair that no one can see, plus I think they look very exotic.

    Love it!
A more general question, do you iron your scarves? All of mine get wrinkly and don’t stay nice as brand new scarves. Any tips on how to care for scarves?
Thanks from wintery Melbourne, Australia brrrr

  5. Oh Andrea, that colour combination is beautiful. Even though we are from different faiths I am so inspired by you, and whenever I am wondering if covering is dull or making me look older than I am, I visit here or on your You Tube and feel great about it again. Thanks !

Sorry I am late to post. Love the green colors. My eyes are green and that tichel set would bring out my eyes beautifully. Thanks for all your inspiration.
