There was a time when I went through a contrasting colour phase; All the colours I wore had to be contrast with each other, especially the ones on my head! Blue and orange, yellow and purple, green and pink, etc. would all make bold appearances together. However, lately I am going through a monochromatic phase where I will pair together blue and green, purple and navy, red and orange, and pink with blush. Today was no exception! What colour pairings are you loving lately?

That’s a look that inspires me to try something like it. I mostly try to match/pick up colors from the rest of what I’m wearing, but that usually means two (or more) distinct colors. I’m thinking about trying out the similar colors look.

Lately I’m loving tie-die scarves. They have a really special effect when you wrap them.
I also love combinations of beige-browns and blues-turquoises.
And pink and yellowish-orange.
And pinks and blues.
And red and white-beige.
I also find that as scarves fade they get some interesting shades and more subtle tones. I like nicely aged scarves!
